This company represents a classic example of how to go out of business rapidly! Upon placing an order to be delivered locally with a couple of days advance notice, they eagerly took my money and then proceeded to not deliver the product, nor answer their phones when I tried to make inquiries. As for the return of my money, I had to go through my bank to get it returned.nnI can't express enough to anyone considering ordering from them to think twice. Don't make the mistake that I made and fail to look up the reviews about them. You'll find they are 95% negative.nnUnfortunately I cant give them less than one star!

This store took my money and I paid a day ahead to have a large arrangement delivered to a salon about noon. I explained the birthday girl would leave at 3. They did not deliver until 3 o clock and ruined this party. In addition they convinced 10 cosmetologists to never use this place as well as 8 customers. Congratulations edible arrangements you are ruining your own business. Do not waste money with this place!

I ordered chocolate strawberries and a balloon arrangement for our grandmother for Mother’s Day. They did not deliver the balloons and when I called and requested them to be delivered I was informed they would do so. They did not. Called back today and did not even receive an apology. The person on the phone was very short with me. I understand things happen but an apology goes a long way. I will not use this location in the future.

My mom placed an order in advanced for me to receive my arrangements on Valentine’s day. I went the whole day not having my order delivered so I called them after a while of not answering the phone, they finally picked up. I asked about my order and the lady said that it has not been out yet but will be. I still did not get the order on 2/14. So I called today 2/15 to ask where my arrangement is, because now it is considered late and the principle value is no longer there because it is after Valentine’s day. But when I tried calling no one answered. Even my mom called and still no one answered even though it was during business hours. This Edible Arrangement in Columbia, MO, is HIGHLY unprofessional and not reliable. Even when I call the international number, they did not pick up after an HOUR of waiting. Please do not order from this place, they need to have a whole new management and until they get that, they need to stop doing business and be shut down. I am highly disappointed after I did not receive my Valentine’s gift and for the high prices of these arrangements I would’ve expected a lot more courtesy, professionalism, and reliability but in returned I got nothing. Horrible. *0 stars.

I ordered the Valentine’s Berries Bundle with One Plush Bear for my daughter. She really loved the strawberries, and they looked lovely from the picture she sent to me. However, she did not receive the bear that was included in the description. I would have given a higher rating if the order had been complete.
