Allen's Flowers Inc

My Mom received a gorgeous planter thanks to my brother and sister in law. Even with the current limitations, they created a beautiful planter. It was delivered in a timely manner. Just incredibly pleased.

We worked with Amy for our wedding and the flowers turned out nothing short of spectacular! She was able to help make our vision come to life and was an expert at communicating with our wedding coordinator to ensure every detail was met to our expectation. Don’t be afraid of any budget as they were so willing to work with whatever we had available to spend. So thrilled we went with Allen’s!

Tina and her team did the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful!! Tina brought my vision to life and worked with me to find the options that looked the best (given the season) and that also best fit our budget. I could not have been more happy with the result!

My SO sent me flowers for my birthday. The Imagination Bloom with Cymbidium Orchids was no where near the picture on their webaite. It was AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!

I am very disatisfied with Allen's Flowers. If only there was an option for 0 (zero) stars. My friend all the way from Grenada wanted to surprise me for my birthday, so she ordered a basket from Allen's Flower Inc. to be delivered to me. First, the delivery guy gave me the wrong delivery. I had to call the shop and they sent him back (honest mistake I suppose). Second, some of the fruit in the basket had what appeared to be a fungus growing on them. I called back the shop to see if they would exchange the basket for me. The lady (can't remember her name, but I think it's Julie) told me that they will not be delivering again today, because the last delivery already went out. I said okay, and asked her what about Monday (they don't deliver on Sundays). She said she is sorry she wouldn't be able to do that either and that she will send the driver back to collect the basket and they will refund the card. Remember, my friend sent this to me all the way from Grenada, so having the basket meant more to me. I then told her that this is bad customer service and that I am going to write a bad review. At that point she started talking over me and said she doesn't care because mostly everyone in Columbia loves them. I asked for her supervisor who she said wasn't in the store. The conversation wasn't going anywhere so we both decided to hang up. The arrangements may look great, but I had a horrible experience with Allen's Flowers!nnUpdate:nTina, the store manager later called and said they will prepare a basket for me on Monday.
