The staff is always so friendly. Even when is busy and there's a lot of animals and people they still make you feel welcome

This is the only veterinary office I will visit. Have always been great for my doggies, and cats. Even with my dogs being vicious they are so good.
What an incredible group of care providers! Our sweet furbaby, Lexi, lost her eyes in a tragic accident. We were heartbroken. The staff at Bates County Verterinary Clinic took care of Lexi as if she were their own. Dr. Amanda Yoder spoke to us with a kind composure as we asked questions through the tears.nLexi had to have surgery, which went well but afterwards was blind, scared and disoriented. They let us know they would have to keep her overnight. When we picked her up the next day, we learned that someone had laid next to her to comfort her for part of the night. Also, one of the other doctors had come in and provided a little extra medicine for her pain in the middle of the night. Also, Karol did a wonderful job of explaining everything to us over the phone and in person. Thank you, thank you, thank you for caring for our sweet Lexi! She is doing very well despite her new challenges.
Answers any questions I have and to where I understand the answers. Very courteous. Took great care of my kittens. Very satisfied.
