This place normally is great, but ever since the pandemic they have made it their policy to separate the dogs from their owners during visits. This is a very poor idea from conception. It caused my dogs massive amounts of stress to the point they had to muzzle one of them. Neither of my dogs have any history of aggression and are very friendly if they are either in a familiar area or are with someone they trust. Remove Both of these aspects and you have a recipe for disaster. I don’t know who is in charge of the policy at this location but it needs to change ASAP. It’s completely unacceptable

I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else. They always work with you if your animal needs to be seen. They don't do any unnecessary test or checks ups. I completely trust them with my 2 dogs

We had somewhat of an interesting case that happened in the early evening hours. We have a pekin duck which is a pet and it appeared to have been attacked by a fox. She was shook up, but did not look well at all. We called and they got us right in and took special care of our sweet girl. The doctor was very professional and realized how special this duck was to our family. They said they would treat her and take care of her wounds and keep her overnight with some pain meds to help her be more comfortable.nnI wish I could say the ending was good, but it was not. Our sweet duck passed early the next morning. They even were sensitive as I broke down on the phone.nnWe love the docs at Twin Pines and would highly recommend them to anyone with any type of pet

From day one, as we prepared to say goodbye to a family friend, through today, as we take our growing puppy in to get all his necessary medications and inoculations, Twin Pines has been fantastic. They're on the other side of town, but it's worth the drive to deal with these caring professionals.

Arrived early and waited for 30 minutes past our appointment time while Dr Chatty talked about her vacation. We got tired of waiting and left. Vacinations take five minutes. We took time to get two cats in carriers and took off on the week so it wouldn't be as busy. With the prices they charge there is no excuse for this. We could take them to the nonprofit clinic faster. We'll take our business elsewhere.
