We are new to the area so finding a vet that's trustworthy & professional can be hard to find. Piper Heritage was wonderful! They helped me get our 2 labs in and out. They were gentle & kind with our babies. The staff is very caring & professional. We highly recommend coming here!
We recently moved, and our experience with our previous Vet Clinic was not good. The appointment wait time was very long, and I felt they charged a lot for their services. I highly recommend Piper Heritage Vet Clinic. They went well beyond what I was expecting. The Clinic was pristine, welcoming, the staff and veterinarian were very professional and helpful by answering all of our questions. The price of their services was very reasonable. The vet even took the time to write my family a personal message to thank us for coming in and acknowledging how well we are taking care of our pets. It is the personal touch that makes the difference. Thank you for the great experience! :)
I absolutely love this vet clinic. All doctors and assistants are absolutely amazing especially Dr Hodges! He takes care of my rabbits and puppy and they all absolutely love him. He makes my pets feel at ease around him and actually look forward to getting love from him and all his staff. They all take the time to fully answer your questions and get you in as soon as possible for any emergencies. My puppy just recently was spayed last week and they called over the weekend to follow up and just check to see how she was doing. His staff also did this to my first rabbit who was also spayed. There aren’t many places in the KC area that tend to rabbits so I definitely recommend this facility. Super clean and great care overall.
This place has been great! The staff is super friendly. Got us in really quick and gave a tour of the facility with my dog. This really helped my pup feel more comfortable and I felt comfortable boarding her while we are out of town!
This place is very clean, they were prompt & careful due to covid. It was easy - just called them when I arrived & they took us back to a room where Chloe was seen & we checked out there also. I highly recommend this place!
