Ordered flowers online. Did not get anything near what was ordered. Instead received what you could buy in a grocery store already pre arranged. When I called to ask about my order was told there isn’t anything they could do. I had to call the online flower company back and they took care of me and had my order sent by another florist. Delivery was on time but not near the amount of flowers that was ordered.
Freunds has the friendliest staff that are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. We are blessed to have them in our small community.
I called on a Friday afternoon, just before they closed. I spoke with Dawn and she said that they could place my order and get it there same day! She was a lifesaver!!!! While I hope to not call them anytime again soon for the reason I did today, I was very grateful for their ability to save the day. You guys rock!
