Dr. Johnson seems to be a good veterinarian and animal lover, but his staff is terrible. We’ve been taking our dogs there for almost 2 years and there’s ALWAYS miscommunication and confusion at the front desk & over the phone. This last experience was an absolute joke and the girl there named Emily is especially rude and has zero customer care skills. She makes Snide comments and talks poorly of other staff members. When I asked her to ask Dr. Johnson to call me, she said, “I can tell you he won’t call you back.” Dr. Johnson was not happy to know she said this and told me later that day (over the phone) that I can always talk to him. I WON’T BE BACK. Great vet, but dealing with staff like that isn’t worth it. There’s always a problem and your experience depends on who’s working that day. We just got a new veterinarian for the dogs and both staff and vet are Very friendly & inviting. I always appreciate a positive experience.
They take care of your pets and make it top priority for there health. I've been going ever since I was a kid growing up and now with my own pets total of 16 years. They will be my for ever vet.
I have a 16 month old German Shepard he was seen at THREE other places he was loosing hair,weight no energy i tried everything to save my dog he was depressed an so was. Found PAW PRINTS on a sunday drive made a a call me an dill pickle i am truely thankful they saved my dogs LIFE
Called because my pup Aries was really sick, they helped me out, I got to take meds home for him and now were on day 2 with it all and hes doing much better than he was when we took him. Thank you so much Paw Prints Anmial Hostpital I appreciate it so much! They really do help you get your babies better!
Always the best care and the best staff in this clinic. We love of the Veterinarians and vet tech staff and our animals do too.
