Had some issues on Black Friday with a sale on dog treats; cashier wasn't honoring the deal. Returned the next day and different staff took care of us and gave us the buy 3 get 2 free on dog treats deal. Sounds like the cashier from the previous night was new. Glad that the staff took measures to assure that we got the deal we were promised. Love the selection of treats and toys the store has right now!
The woman that helped us was amazing. She knew what she was talking about and directed is in the right way for the health of our dog. Our dog was refusing dog food, so we were feeding her either wet food or people food. She became very spoiled after a full week of that. That is why we went into PetSmart! She directed us to the exact right food to help us get her back on dog food and get her tummy and health better. We will always go there for advice. I just wish I could remember her name, I give her many thanks and much praise.
The placement of items were convenient and enlarged lettering on the aisle signs allows seniors to make selections without to much eye strain. Also the cashier very patient and polite not to mention an employee was very helpful and courteous. A pleasant buying experience while shopping with my pet.
The vets there are AWESOME. They were outgoing and understanding. They were nice and very informative. The service there is great and they were very helpful.
Absolutely love Petsmart. Extremely Pet Friendly and an absolute treat to be able to bring your fur baby along with you. Has everything your part could want or need as well as great customer service. A pet owners must check out spot. You won't be at all disappointed and your pet with love you for it.......
