My daughter who lives in Dallas ordered and sent flowers to me for Mother's Day from Custenborder Florist here in Topeka. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, and the flowers were fresh and full. Today, a week later, they are still lovely. This arrangement was probably the best quality I've received in a long time. I would highly recommend Custenborder Florist.

I ordered a dozen roses for my wife for Valentines Day. When they were delivered there were only 6 roses. I called to inform them of the mistake. They were able to get a new set, a full dozen, back out to me within 3 hours. The flowers are beautiful, and my wife was very happy. Being that Valentines Day is one of the busiest days of the year for them, I was very impressed that they were able to remedy the issue so quickly. Great customer service.

We ordered a small arrangement for a family members funeral. So glad I decided to pick them up. The flowers were wilted thus arrangement was poor. Should not sell substandard flower product just because they are having difficulty getting fresh stock. Would not return for future purchases.

Very disappointed in the customer service. My husband called on Valentine’s Day morning and requested a delivery to my place of work. He asked multiple times if they were sure they had time to complete the delivery since it was Valentine’s Day. They replied “yes, we handle many deliveries every day” every time the question was asked. Then happily charged him the increased rate for red, roses since it was a Valentine’s Day delivery. Well the flowers were not able to be delivered and they decided to simply deliver the following business day (Monday) on day I was not at work to receive my delivery (they never bothered to call and check with my husband to see what day would work). Then called me twice at home to inquire where to leave them, who to give them to, and what time I would be in to pick them up( I would of had load my three young children in the car and drive 45 minutes to pick them up) I have never received a flower delivery from my husband and probably never will again thanks to this florist.
