DaWise-Perry Funeral Services

Very very disappointed with this funeral home. I do not recommend. The owner helped us and was very unprofessional and rude. He was very self absorbed and talked about himself, his bike, his home, his finances, his new location opening.. he at one point suggest we wait a week or two to have the funeral and that people just get too anxious when someone dies, and told us to tell our family to cancel their plane tickets. Then says it would be nice to have it at his new location. He talked about our loved ones life insurance and bragged about his 400,000 life insurance because he has a business and what not. He said things we as a grieving family shouldn’t have to hear. He did not have any sort of compassion or sympathy considering the type of business he runs. We left and went to a different business that took great care of us.

David was generous, kind, and very professional.nHe did continuous follow up which was amazing when he had so many other families with losses at the same time.nWe went to David with our father, sister, and uncle. Each time he was transparent, consistent and assured everything was done to our liking.nCan't thank him and his staff enough. Beyond 5 stars!!!

I do not deal with many funeral homes on a regular basis so I do not know how the process works. What I can say is DaWise made the process following my mother in laws death very simple. The service was beautiful and the staff were beyond friendly and also very easy to deal with. Very happy with how everything went and I would definetely recommend DaWise if the need would ever arise.

David was transparent and honest. If you want to avoid the hard sell during a stressful period, go with DaWise. Exceeded expectations!
