Rustic Petals went above and beyond when my Uncle passed away. We reached out to them after hours and they quickly arranged for sympathy flowers to be delivered outside of work hours - very early in the morning - in order for the funeral home to take them along for an out of town funeral. I am impressed with their willingness to help out during this sad time, well beyond what is the norm. Customer service like this is amazing and we recommend them highly.

I have purchased flowers from every florist in Bismarck. One day I decided to give Rustic Petals a try and I was just blown away. Ever since my first visit l have never gone to another florist again. Well, first off, I’m from Texas, and ordering flowers in North Dakota was a little tricky. Went online and looked for reviews. When I saw Rustic Pedals had 100% reviews I knew this was the place. I ordered two arrangements for a friend of my sons moms passing. The lady I spoke with was so helpful and friendly!! Chatted like we were friends. Later in the day, I saw pictures of the plants. They were just as I ordered and beautiful. Thank you soooo much for everything. You went over and beyond helping this mom out!!!!!
