My family is so grateful for the compassion of Dr Prichard and his team, especially Lindsay, when it came time for us to say goodbye to our sweet girl, Chloe. Dr Prichard carried our 100lb dog into the building since she could no longer walk and him and Lindsay explained everything to us. They never made us feel rushed when they allowed us some time with her to say goodbye. I was already so grateful for them making a hard day a little easier and then a few days later we got a stone imprint of Chloe's paw along with a nice card from the staff. Such a devastating day was made easier with their compassion and empathy and I'm so grateful.
This team cares deeply about their patients and their owners. They know how to make happy times even better and they lessen the sad times. They are professionals but they are pet owners and lovers and it shows.
I have taken all my dogs here for many years. They have great service and are very attentive to the puppers. My oldest dog just had surgery to remove bladder stones and it was very affordable.Our old man is doing much better now!!!
They are so good with my babies. They got all there shots and check up for another year. They are a great group of people who work there. Very happy with everyone who works there. I would recommend there services too anyone. ud83eudd17
The staff at PAH is amazing! They are kind and caring. Dr. Emming saved my cat's life. She was very badly injured and now, you can't even tell she was hurt. I am extremely grateful to them and recommend them highly!
