Dr. Sue Wingert has cared for my dog and did a great job. She was very kind and attentive. I appreciate all she did so much! She was great!
I took my animals there for over 20 yrs, then one of my dogs got deathly sick and they said if I didn’t have an appointment, don’t come in. They said go to ER on Washington st. They will NOT accept any EMERGENCY walk ins! I asked them to get all my records ready that I’d pick them up a go to another vet. They didn’t asked why or even care. I was not a VALUED customer. I now use ELPASO in Derby, Ks. First come first serve. No appointments required!
