Absolutely AMAZED at the level of care given. The team is amazing at answering your questions and helping you to understand the process, since I was a new client. After talking with the Tech, I knew my animals were in good hands and had no problem letting her taking my animals. Very pleased with Dr McKinney!! Amazing Vet! She even reached out to me the next day to see how my boys were doing. I have NEVER had a vet do that before. So Very Pleased with their care! So Glad I found them.

A remedy would be to have another sign outside that states what to do if you do not have a cell phone.

*Update: 10-21-20nDr.G was great once again; the staff this time around, were all amazing; everyone =) and we were in and out in under 30 minutes!nWe are very Thankful for Dr. G, she saved our dog's life! She called us and told us what the prices of procedures would be before she began them, she found the least expensive option to do the tests, kept in contact, the works; she is PHENOMENAL!nHowever; when they called and told me my dog was ready to be picked up, it was 2 hours of waiting outside the vet's office. There was 1 nurse in particular who didn't wear a name tag, she's a heavy set women with medium length brown hair; I would ask her if she could check on the status and she would come back out & either avoid eye contact or give me a stink eye ; I asked her 3 times to check for me, she would come outside and bring dogs in, or bring meds out and glare at me as if I had done something wrong for asking where my dog was!nI finally asked another staff member who came out and all be darned, my dog was brought out within 10 minutes! My mom had to sit in the car for 2 hours, had I known it would have been a 2 hour wait I would've sent her home! Their system needs improvement; but that staff member needs MAJOR improvement! At the end of the day I'm very thankful to have my fur baby with me and out of pain! Thank you Dr. G! And please address your staff on politeness. The thin nurse with the dog portrait on her upper arm however was AMAZING!

Almost 30 year I have been going here. Since I was 8 with my 1st cat. NEVER AGAIN. My cat got out of the house and vanished for 4 days, when she came home she was lathargic, skinny and not acting herself. I called ahead and drove to Derby. I thought she may have been poisoned. They got her in. I told them because of Covid I had just gotten back to work and needed a week to pay. In 30 years I have never not payed for any of my animals. They told me they could not treat her without payment. Told me to get a credit card. Being off for 3 months that was a no. They told me to try a loan. Again it was a no go. They said they would give her fluids and she should be ok. Now when I got there I thought my cat had died because she was not moving and had her eyes open just lying there. They took the last of the little money I had just to give her fluids and send her home. She isn't any better and I fear I may loose her. I will never go here again and I suggest you don't either.nnI lost my sweet Fionn. I will never set foot in their office again.nnNo your not you let my cat die. I took her to Rose Hill Vet Clinic and there was nothing they could do. She was to far gone. You refused to help my cat because I couldn't pay for 1week, that's all I needed was 1week. I brought her to you when she was sick and you would not help her. You are murderers. Your options of put her down or give her up were unacceptable. Besides it was to late if you hade helped me 2 days earlier she may still be alive. Instead you gave her fluids and sent her home.

The staff at El Paso are amazing and try very hard to give the best customer service. Dr O is very patient and kind. Even during this time where he's talking to me via phone, he gives me and my animals all his attention and care.
