Took our dog who was abused as a puppy and needs sedation to be groomed, first is was $135, $80 of was sedation, when i took him to a different vet the total bill was $80. The haircut looks horrible, very uneven like they just did a quick job, even though we dropped him off at 7:30am and he wasn't ready until 3pm. In this case, you don't get what you pay for.

I have been taking my dog, Diesel, here for a few months now. I was new to the area and they really made me feel welcome, especially the Vet Tech, Corne! He understood my dog was a little timid and took it slow with him to make sure he felt comfortable. Dr. Dotson is great with explaining treatments that are needed and answers any questions I have without hesitation! He's an amazing doctor with a clinic that offers grooming, doggie daycare, AND boarding. I definitely recommend bringing your small animal here; I guarantee they will be treated like family!

Day before the 4th of July and 430 in the afternoon, and they welcomed me and my kitten, who turned out to have a 106 temp. Super kind, sweet and caring. I got a follow up call within the day, another for checkup appt and they always greeted us by name. This clinic is far from close to my home. But well worth the trip. My baby's new vet. Thank you so much for being so considerate. Like a second family.

I took my dog here when he was lethargic and had thrown up. With some blood testing the doctor (I can’t remember his name I believe it was Dobson or something similar) decided it was a kidney issue. I was more than willing to do whatever it took to keep my sweet little boy healthy. But I got the feeling that I was being taken advantage of. Although at the time I was young and naïve. I don’t believe he didn’t know what he was talking about or that he was not educated on the subject. I do believe he was a little bit more interested in the money he was getting out of me rather than my dog. I told the levels of my dogs blood test to my friend who was a vet tech at the emergency center here in Wichita. She informed me that those levels did not insinuate a kidney issue just dehydration. Not to mention I wanted to buy the food from on online website because it was cheaper and he refused to give me a prescription which is required for those types of sites. We had just stepped out of the exam room and we were still talking and I mentioned it. He said I’d have to pay him for a whole other appointment because we were out of the exam room. so I still bought the food from him and followed what he told me. My dog was on the prescription k/d diet for nearly 5 years. Just this past year another doctor told me my dog had absolutely no sign of kidney disease. I just really wish I would’ve trusted my friend and went to another doctor. But at the time I was not financially able to throw a lot of extra money around for different doctors/multiple testing. I thought a doctor wouldn't steer me wrong; but sadly in this case they did.
