The staff at Valley Center Vet Clinic made a great first impression. When I called to schedule vaccinations for my two large dogs, they were accommodating and professional. The day of our visit proved to be no different. The clinic was spotless and all the staff was very attentive and gracious despite one of my dogs acting totally awful. Thank you Dr. Elder and staff, we are glad to have Valley Center Vet Clinic taking care of our pets!nnUpdate 11/2020:nnHad another great experience at Valley Center Vet Clinic! They have consistently been very accommodating of scheduling conflicts that have been my fault. Dr. Elder—and all the staff—have been professional and compassionate. I rescued my little pup a year ago and she has had several health issues in the past. She is now a healthy and happy doggie thanks to Dr. Elder and his staff! Dr. Elder is great at dental work also!
My dog escaped from her collar and leash on our way into the clinic. The staff at Valley Center Vet Clinic immediately jumped into action and followed my dog through the streets of Valley Center as I couldn’t because I had my sleeping 16 mo old in a baby carrier I was trying to manage. They stuck with her for at least 20 minutes and finally caught her for me. They then proceeded to care for my dog with love and care. I will never go anywhere else! These people truly care about their patient and the humans!
Our pets have been seeing Dr. Elder for a few years now. This office has consistently been very helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen and answer any questions. Wonderful office and worth the short drive to Valley Center.
Both Dr. Sam Elder and Dr. Cindy Payne-Robertson are amazing. Their staff is friendly and helpful. They truly love their jobs and make it enjoyable to take in your pets.nWe just got a puppy after our older dog passed away in January. The caring and professional manner that the helped my family cope with the loss of Star will always be dear to us. They are exceptional people!
