The pets are smarter than expected.
Love the staff always welcoming and helpful. They always have what i need! And i love visiting the adoption area,wish i could take them all home! Today (sept 10th 2020) they have these 3 cats that were perrrrrfect ud83dude06 Allison and sef and samwise! Amazing cats i was so tempted to being them home to my other 3 cats my husband and kids loved the pictures and videos i took off them! So loving and playful. All the little guys i see there are that way. Love it!that means the staff really cares and loves them!!
Love love love the cashier that checked me out with the stuff on her face sheiks. This is the 2nd time I’ve checked out with her and she is very informative and kind. I also love the quality of the products I purchased and they were fairly priced. My dog loves his new bed. Thank you
There is only 1 cashier when I come to the store. Jenny is always on the registers alone, and the line will have 6 people waiting to check out. I’ve easily spent over $400 in the last 2-3 months, and the line situation is progressively getting more ridiculous. Jenny is very personable, but my only criticism is less conversation, more focus on speed. Had there been a second lane opened, maybe I’d be a little more patient, but it NEVER is a quick run to Petsmart.
I would like to give a shout out to Shani in the grooming department at Petsmart West. For years she has been taking care of our doggies. She is very personal, caring, patient and comes out with a masterpiece. Our doggies run to see her every time we go. We are hoping she stays there forever. Happy parents!!
