Staff is very nice and caring. Have taken our cat there a couple of times and have no complaints. They try to do basic care and see how that goes before running up your bill with a bunch of extra stuff that may very well be unnecessary. They are also pretty timely. If you make an appointment, they see your pet pretty much on time.
Covid protocol in place but it hasn't slowed down the caring and concern for the fur babies that need to be seen. My nephew Gary, a dachshund, jumped from my arms. Out of an abundance of caution, I called Indian Hills.The staff came out to the truck, and took him in for the exam. To my relief, he was okay with a minor sprain to his leg. Many thanks to the staff! You helped my surprise trip to Kansas remain Happy!
The Rabis shot and animal chip was cheap enough, but I wasn't happyud83dude14 not accompanying my pets inside the office.
The staff are amazing and the care is top notch. Franklin is not the easiest patient but the staff are always caring and kind. If you’re looking for veterinarian care that treats you like family then this is the place for you.
My doggo saw Dr Hill... She got down on the floor to greet him. Listened to my concerns, did exam, prescribed meds and diet. Dr was awesome, and the clinic called me a couple days later to check on pupper. Great service!!!
