I take my diabetic cat here. Everyone I've spoken to over the phone and in person has been so nice and helpful! I've never had a single problem with anyone being harsh or rude. They take good care of my cat and were very helpful in explaining and showing me how to administer insulin. They also fully answer any questions I have! Dr. Hill was so helpful and quickly responded to questions I sent in emails to her at the beginning of treatment of my cat and she continues to be a great help. I was initially going to go to a different clinic but they were full, so we ended up here and I'm very glad we did! I highly recommend them - they all seem to care about making sure my cat gets the care he needs!
Very friendly! Was able to squeeze our kitty in relatively quickly since something unexpected came up. Called elsewhere and other vets could not see her as soon. Indian Hills explained everything clearly and offered pricing and recommendations before doing anything. Very satisfied. Hoping future visits go just as well so we can make them our permanent vet!
By far the best vet experience I’ve ever had. Not to mention it’s the FIRST vet I’ve visited in Wichita. I am blown away by their incredible service. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Dr. Hill and her equally friendly staff will take care of your fur babies like they were one of their own. I am very impressed with this company I have a little parakeet that I was about to lose him but Dr Beetch helped him very much. That was about a week ago and now he is flying around he seems to be getting healthier, at least he's going good so I'm just happy with the fact that I didn't lose my bird and I wanted to say thank you very much to Indian hills animal clinic. Also Indian hills clinic went out of their way to bring me medication for my bird because I was about to run out and I didn't have a way to get there to get it and someone stopped by and gave it to me that was out of their way and realm. Bottom line I like this company very much thank you.
