I ordered a boquet from Temptations Flower Shop all the way from the state of Ohio to be delivered to a friend there in Kansas. The whole experience from start to finish was handled with perfection. I ordered and paid on the website without a hitch. They were delivered exactly when and as promised. Temptations Flower Shop recently provided the flowers for my daughters wedding. Everything was gorgeous! She worked with us every step of the way to ensure that we had the same vision. Everything was beautiful and exactly as we had pictured it!
I was finally able to speak with Claudia today and was made aware that I was not charged for the order because there was a mix up where the flowers were to be delivered to.
The customer service is just outstanding!! World class service with a friendly small town personal experience and the flowers are always fresh and wonderful. There is always something interesting to add to an arrangement. Temptation flower has an abundance of gifts to choose from and the sales associates are very helpful and always very attentive
