Pam was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She really knows her stuff and was so great through the whole process, even with COVID. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, and she made it come to life and very conscious of my budget. I have never ordered flowers before my wedding, and of course I pick an expensive flower. She was able to help me visualize how we can do different options to make the price a little lower for me. Pam is so great to work with and I would definitely recommend her to anyone with flower needs!! I absolutely LOVED my flowers!
We are currently in the process of using Flower Factory for our wedding. I never leave reviews, but am taking time to do so for this business because she has gone out of her way to be honest, helpful and doing everything in her power to make our wedding day. I can’t wait to see what she has in store for us and will update again post wedding day as I am sure it will be fantastic.
Pam is absolutely amazing! When I had to postpone my large wedding, Pam made the most beautiful bouquet for me for my small, backyard wedding for free. She is so thoughtful! My consultation with her was a breeze- she is so knowledgeable and listens to what the bride wants and gives tons of options. Can not recommend her company enough. I’ve referred two brides to her and will tell any bride to go there!

The Flower Factory was easy to work with, exceeded our expectations, and added beauty to our wedding day! Pam really has an eye for what flowers will look good together and can make your Pinterest bouquet dreams come true! Not only will they create your vision, but they will advise you on ways to cut down the cost and fit everything you want - within your budget. They even offer a DIY session for making centerpiece arrangements where you can bring your bridesmaids in to the store and she will walk you through how to make them! Such a unique and fun experience that they offer. On the day of our wedding, they delivered our flowers on time and to two separate locations with no hassle. The flowers were fresh and stayed beautiful the whole day. We had a great experience with The Flower Factory and would recommend their services to anyone searching for a florist!
