Love this place
Just had my dog neutered here and I am actually in shock with how bad my dogs bruising is. They didn’t tell me any after surgery care, when/how to give medicine, nothing. I know the corona virus has their business doing things a little differently but the least they could have done was give me a print out or something on how to care for my baby. I am currently at another vet clinic with him having them take a look at him because I am so concerned. I wish I could attach a picture to this review
We went to cimarron after adopting our dog from KHS. The first few visits they were great. When we recently tried to set up another appointment we were unable to contact anyone. We tried calling 4 seperate times and leaving messages asking for a call back. At first I assumed it was due to COVID but after multiple phone calls and waiting a month, we have decided to find another vet.
I simply called to make a appointment for my 3 dogs that I have always taken here no issues and the phone with picked up very rudely Sounded like the representative was maybe having a bad day or just plain bad customer service and hung up the phone on me and when I called back she just gave me an attitude when I asked to speak to the manager so then I asked her to remove my information from the system because I will be finding a vet due to this bad experience after all the times I have came to this veterinary clinic I’ve never had this experience so I’m very distraught by it and due to this I will be finding a new vet definitely I do not take unprofessionalism lightly her name was nicole and she needs better customer service ASAP before someone else suffers this And ends business with the clinic
I was actually considering switching my dogs to this vet cuz it is so close to my house. But after finding a lost cat not knowing what to do and taking it there to see if it is was chipped the lady was SO rude. I understand that things are different with covid I too work in the healthcare field. But she had no excuse to treat someone like that. I WillnNever take my pets to that place.
