Very friendly hardly any wait time when I got there.
Highly recommend! My dog had a issue with her ear filling with blood!(I know gross). Everyone i called could not see her for days and wanted to do surgery. Banfield got me in the next morning and have started her on medication for non surgical option and 2 weeks later she almost back to 100% and they call multiple times to check on your pets progression to make sure it’s working. You can tell they care about your pet. I gave 4 stars because I do think the 5 minute follow up visit should not be full price exam fee that’s my only complaint.
Friendly staff considerate of my pet's needs. I have a chow chow and they handled him well and addressed all my questions. The pricing was reasonable and I like having the mobile app.

They are very expensive. The vet that seen my cat Minnie tried to get me to let them do xrays which was 375.00 even after I asked for her to check her for a UTI since her pee was dark she said that she needed the xrays not a UTI test. I didn't have the money for the xrays. So I took Minnid home and needless to say Minnie died 3weeks later from a UTI that went septic!! Thanks Banfield won't be EVER going there again.
