I took reina on 11/17/20 because she had unusual discharge and i was extremely worried. They called me at 8am after setting an appointment online the night before. I got her in as a new patient to at this animal hospital and she was in surgery within an hour of me being there. I was greeted by a staff and vet tech that seemed to actually love and care for my dog and me. Honestly i could not be happier. The doctor let me know everything and made me know she will be 100% fine. Reina is back in my home and she is doing so good as of 11/18. They called me to update me on the procedure and letting me know how she is doing. They gave me a tour of the place and if i could do it all over again i would choose prairie ridge again. They handled all my worries quickly. They let me know how much it would be and gave me everything i needed to know. This will be where shes coming back to again. So i highly recommend this place.
The staff and doctor are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and caring for my dog. The visit itself was very reasonable but getting X-rays seemed steep. But we haven’t had an animal for 2-3 yrs so I’m sure prices are up all over. They gave us all the options and prices in detail so we can make an informed decision. Overall, I will go back again and will suggest ppl go to this vet.
My puppy had his 1st appt. last week and I was super impressed. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered a tour and my two young children, puppy, and I just loved it. Would highly recommend this Veterinarian clinic.
Clean, knowledgeable, friendly. Gave us a tour to make us comfortable. Took time to answer all our questions. Sat and talked with us about all the findings. Did not feel rushed. And took excellent care of our new puppy.
Dr Summers and her team here are absolutely wonderful! I have taken my personal animals as well as animals from our exotic pet store to Dr Summers. They are always the most helpful they are extremely knowledgeable, always do what is best for you and your animal.
