Working with the staff at Oakcrest was exceptional. I had previously been with Banfield, but was looking for something a little more personal (less corporate feeling). Getting setup for my first appointment was a breeze. They allowed me to email my details, which made the process so much easier than doing it over the phone. They even took care of getting records transferred, reviewed them before my visit, and had questions.nnThe day of the appointment, not only did they take exceptional care of my pet, but on more than one occasion, asked if I needed anything to drink (water, coffee, tea).nnThey are in a new building that is easy to get to, it's welcoming (as well as the staff), comfortable, and the pets seem to like it.nnI went during the COVID pandemic, and they were taking additional precautions to protect everyone. I'm not sure if they would normally do this, but they had very little overlap between pets, which contributed to a great experience for me and my pet.nnWell done!
Very caring docs & staff.
The staff here always treats us and our pets with care and respect. The are very gentle. We are happy with the treatments/routine checkups we have needed and the office is VERY clean and the prices are average, but not over the top. We really like this pet hospital and recommend it.
Honestly the service is great. My dog Pager isnt a fan of most people but it seems she feels comfortable there. This is why we come back. The staff is very kind and caring
