My grandmother was cremated here and I have never received such terrible customer service. Eric is incredibly rude and when I asked for an explanation of the charges he told me to look it up on the website. When I asked questions about the charges he said “I have already told you where to find that.” After asking for a manager or director I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. When he came back on the phone he said “you still there” very rudely might I add. He told me that the director was on the phone and would call me back. No one has called me since having this incredibly awful conversation with Eric. It is already a difficult time dealing with the death of my grandma I would have hoped that he would have been more considerate and caring.
Thank you for going above and beyond to help me locate my cousin's grave. It has been 4 years and I knew the general area, but couldn't find the tiny cemetery way outside of town. I didn't want to leave town without stopping to see him! Much appreciated.
Alex was so great to work with! As a funeral home owner, I was so elated he was able to take care of a family I sent to him for burial. He made sure things went smoothly and that my family was attended for every detail. Thank you for what you do.
