Not from the area so I called amazing customer service the young lady I spoke with was so kind and helpful my niece absolutely loved her flowers
I ordered from 1-800Flowers and this was the florist they used. I ordered a large bouquet and my daughter received a terrible looking arrangement that was nothing like the photo. I called them and spoke with someone who told me they would look into it and call me back. I'm still waiting for the call.
For a rehearsal dinner at Colbert Hills, Karen at Westloop Floral provided stunning low-profile, sapphire and white centerpieces. They were a coveted item and went home with several happy ladies. I would highly recommend Westloop Florist for their professionalism, quality of flowers and pricing. Thank you Karen!
I was very disappointed with the floral arrangement my loved one received. I ordered the My Little Chickadee by Teleflora-Deluxe but when it arrived at the hospital I was shocked by how small the arrangement was! Further, half the flowers wilted within a day!
Day before Mother’s Day, the florist said they would not take the time to make custom orders on site, and that customers had to pick from the limited selection already assembled.nnI would have greatly appreciated the ability to add a few other flowers/roses here and there.nnCould I have ordered ahead of time? Sure.nnCould the florist have found a way to meet customers needs when they had the resources available? Yes.
