Today I made a floral order over the Flower Nook's own website. I entered the zip code for the recipient for same day delivery and it accepted the request. Over an hour later, I saw I had a voice message from the Flower Nook. Speaking with this business, the gal told me they don't deliver to my requested destination and repeatedly informed me that delivery is simply too far away. She offered to give me phone numbers to other florists that perhaps may assist me. I had already attempted to find another floral delivery for same day prior to making this order on the Flower Nook's own website. I managed in retail for numerous years. Never would have I answered a mix-up with the website as the customer should have known how far away the delivery would be. I would have taken the hour before the customer returned my call to find a solution. Maybe move the floral order to another place of business that could make that delivery. If I could give a minus star I would... With a business in a small town with the COVID-19 limits, I would have thought the Flower Nook should have gone farther with their customer service.
