My grandmother just passed in Osage and I wanted to find a local florist for at least one arrangement. When we walked in the girl working behind the counter was preoccupied though greeted us. We mentioned the funeral being on Monday 7/8/19. She mentioned already having a funeral planned on Monday and asked us who had sent us in (we weren't part of the other funeral group) In short she told us she couldn't help us even 3 days away from the event. This day and age I would figure she could have tried to entertain what we were looking for instead of walking our business. We took our business to University Flowers in Topeka, purchased 3 arrangements and spent over $200 which we are more than happy with. When families are trying to plan an event as we all know life can end short notice we were hopeful for some solution not a wall of NO. Food for thought we took our money elsewhere.
