So I wanted to update and change my review after speaking with the owner and getting some things cleared up I wanted to commend the owner in her professionalism and the great manner she handles and maintains her business.nnThis has always been my favorite florist for sending flowers in the Miami County area and with the new management will absolutely continue to be my number one choice for floral deliveries in that area.nnKudos to these guys for being such a great small business.

Wow. Just wow! Hanes is an amazing little gem! My Mom had surgery and ended up coming home from the hospital a day early. I wanted there to be some cheerful flowers waiting for her. I don't know the area so I found myself scrambling at 2:30 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. I'm in California so I jumped on Yelp and started my search there. I called Hanes Florist and spoke to Hitomi. Normally I would've been too late for delivery considering the distance (Mom lives in La Cygne) . When I explained the situation to Hitomi she was just, great! I gave her a modest budget and the designer worked a miracle. The flowers were GORGEOUS!! My 85 year old Mom said they were the prettiest she's ever received. She was very excited, took many pictures, and sent them to me (and my brother, sister, cousin, aunt.... you get the picture ud83dude0a). I just cannot recommend this place highly enough. Professional, very reasonable prices, gorgeous/creative/unique product, super friendly service, AND the ability to help me with a tight timeline. What else can you ask for? Try them... you'll be very glad you did!
Flowers are fresh and full of life. Great colors and variety of carnations. Just as I wanted simple. Had the choice of greens but simple is what I wanted and it's perfect! Thank you so much, will definitely be going back and highly recommend!
