I was so happy with this business! When I called to order flowers, Penny answered the phone and she was just delightful! So kind and she made sure all the information I provided was correct and to my liking! She was informative and so sweet! The very next day they delivered flowers to my mom and the bouquet was so pretty! The cherry on top - Sharon sent me a picture of my mom smiling with the bouquet in hand! I just couldn't believe they took the time to do that! It was such an incredibly sweet touch! I live out of town and because of poor weather I missed my mom's birthday so this little gesture meant the world to me! I get my mom flowers throughout the year and I will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much Designs by Sharon team! I truly appreciate it!

I placed an order for a premium bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my mother for mother's day. I called when I was sent the photo by my mother of the flowers. I was livid. She was sent a few flowers stuffed in a forest of greenery.nnWhen I called to rectify the mistake I was extremely upset. They asked how they could fix it and I said to take some more flowers down the literal street to my mother's office and put some more in the vase.nnThey can't do that.nnDon't order flowers here, go pick some from a field or buy a bunch from Walmart and arrange them yourself, you'll get better results.
