Always polite and friendly. Concerned about family and friends.
The younger lady was very impatient and snappy with my distraught grandfather, very unprofessional. We also had issues with racism. My grandmother’s name is Japanese and we wanted to include her real name but were told something about how that wasn’t done in America. They didn’t approve of using Japanese music for the memorial service either. Just don’t be too ethnic I guess.
They were hard to work with and caused issues within the family.
