If I could give zero stars, I would.nThe passing of a loved one is one of the most painful things for a family to go through. Leintz Funeral Home handled every step of this process in a cold and calloused manner -- from the moment my grandfather was picked up (he was tossed onto the gurney like a trash bag into the back of a truck; Ray), to us calling for finger prints (first call resulted in being hung up on my the weekend operator).nThe overall experience has been appalling. Please look elsewhere when finding a place to handle your deceased loved ones.

So unprofessional. They made what was already a stressful time even worse. The girl handling most of the details had no bedside manner, compassion, or tact. She was asking me questions during the service that should have been discussed days before. Making decisions without being able to consult family or be in a state of mind to make them rationally is just unbelievably cruel. Dealing with grieving families you’d think that empathy and kindness would be a professional priority, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here.

First rate funeral home. Their compassion and attention to detail are without peer.
