This place used to be great. The vet was friendly, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The front office staff is still great, but there is a revolving door of vets who vary greatly in their customer service skills. I'm not confident that I am receiving the best medical advice for my animals. How can I when each vet is seeing my animal for the first time? During my last visit the vet examined two dogs and a cat in less than fifteen minutes, barely saying a word the entire time, then handed me a $350 bill. I am looking for a new vet.

Great place, we've taken our dogs to Lansing Vet for about 13 years. The Doctor and staff are wonderful. We would not go anywhere else.
My cat was not acting himself and I knew something was wrong. I was able to make an appointment and get my furry friend seen. They were able to tell me the problem and give me meds. Let's home my buddy gets back to his normal self after this.
