I've used Hy-Vee Floral several times and have always gotten awesome service, delivery on time and gorgeous flower arrangements. I highly recommend them!!!
In an effort to reclaim my weekend time, I started ordering my groceries online. Unfortunately, my last two orders have been missing key items. The first time they were out of the precise variety of milk I ordered. Rather than call or substitute another similar item, I got home with no milk. This time it was coffee. No matter what I note on the order (this time it was PAPER BAGS PLEASE!!) I get stuck with those awful plastic bags. I gave two stars because when I do go in, the store is very clean and the lines are short. On Saturdays, the massive pulls in the dairy and frozen sections make the store difficult to navigate, which is another reason I started shopping online. I talked to a manager after the last order and it made no difference. I’m going elsewhere for the coffee and going back to Target for groceries.
As always...This HyVee Floral location is the best. My Roses are just gorgeous, smell wonderful. My husband uses them often, never disappointed! These pictures are day 4 of purchase, opening beautifully!
I've had several arrangements delivered from this Hy-Vee location recently and they get the flowers out SO fast and the arrangements are always beautiful and full, great for the price! Very pleased!
