My position as chaplain afforded me many opportunities to work along side them and experience the quality of care and service they offer. We chose them when it was time for my mother-in-law's funeral and they did another fantastic job.nOur Funeral Director was Charlotte. She listened to us and surprised us with several personal touches that only someone who cared would have done.nI would unreservedly and highly recommend them.

Very disappointed in my experience with all of this. Very insensitive and not a good person to deal with. This is the most costly cremated service in honor of a Vet I have ever known and due to the virus/weather spending over 2500.00 dollars for a simple cremation and no service is a deal I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Bewarned and Avoid this operation.

The Home provide expert, respectful, and very professional services to me for my father's funeral. Being the sole executor for all my father's affairs, the Home greatly assisted me in making timely decisions about legal matters and the funeral. All their recommendations were sound and resulted in correct legal actions; and a funeral that family and friends said respectfully honored my father, and also gave them peaceful and spiritual closure. Additionally, I am grateful to the Home for having assisted my father before his death in establishing a prepaid funeral plan. As a sole executor, this plan was a tremendous relief to the work I had to perform at the time of my father's death. Finally, the Home was genuinely concerned about my personal welfare, to include my budget. They offered many affordable and acceptable options that ensured the final price was exactly within the set budget. I highly recommend Eddy Funeral Home to anyone.

Generations of my family have passed through the doors of Eddy Funeral home and it was my mother's wish that her arrangements be made there. We had long held them in high regard. We were unaware the new owner did not care about this tradition or its long ties to the community. Mike was insensitive, offensive and disrespectful. I can honestly say I have never felt so disrespected. When the air conditioning wasn't working we were told you get what you pay for. Apparently 15k isn't enough to get AC for a viewing, at the end of which he was nowhere to be found and had to be called to close the building. We were reminded several times this was a business transaction so I never felt at ease that our cherished remains were properly cared for there. Unfortunately for the community he also purchased Haut funeral home. Our family and extended family will never do business with neither of them again.

I've only had one experience with eddy's. I can only base my review on that one experience.nThe funeral home shaved off my friend's mustache which he has had all of his life. I have no idea why. They were supposed to notify those chosen to be pall bearers, but didn't.
