I recently moved here with my husband for work and do not know anyone. We were very worried about finding a good vet to take care of our dogs. This is the best vet experience I have ever had! We recently rescued a new dog and has never been around other individuals so we were worried how he would act. The vet made sure to come outside and talk to us about the procedure and get antiquated with us and our dog. The vet even called to explain a minor complication before the surgery started and educated us on the complication. Our dog was neutered and his incisions look amazing even the day of the surgery. EVERY single staff member that I had talked to was amazing and you can tell they genuinely care about the health and well being of the animals! I will never go to another vet again!! I was impressed with everything! They even called two days after Badger's surgery to make sure he was doing well! Thank you for taking care of our little man and loving him like we do!
Marketplace has the most compassionate and professional staff I have ever encountered. They will treat your animals like they were their own! They will also never try to talk you into expensive tests or medications. All treatment options are always explained and the cost quoted up front.
Marketplace Animal Hospital is great!! We recently moved to the area and I always stress about finding a new (good) Vet that we can trust. All of the staff have been so friendly each visit and very helpful for appointments and over the phone. Although times are a little different with the pandemic, their service is always very honest and efficient. We will defiantly keep coming back to Marketplace!
I hardly ever write reviews but I am blown away with Marketplace Animal Hospital. I asked for vet recommendations on Facebook and was recommended here by two different people who I don’t even really talk to anymore, but now that I’m a client, I can see why they went out of their way to recommend them to me. I did a lot of research and couldn’t be happier with my choice. They cost about the same or a little cheaper than other places, but are a WHOLE lot more dedicated and professional. When I first got my kittens, I called many times with a LOT of questions and there was always a vet tech to talk to me, even before I made my first appointment. Everyone I encounter from the vets to the techs to the receptionists are so nice and friendly. I literally asked my vet about 20 questions at my kittens’ first or second appointment and she was great and knowledgeable made me feel really valued and heard. I’m also really impressed with how they are handling everything with the pandemic. It’s evident that they love animals and really care about them a lot. I really trust them with my cats and have complete peace of mind taking them here. I can’t even answer the question “What vet do they go to?” without giving my whole spiel. Highly, highly recommend!!
Hands down THE best vet we have ever been to! There is no one else I would trust with my dog after going to them. They genuinely love animals and I feel safe leaving my dog with them. They have stayed late on a Friday night to see my dog, they respond quickly to all of my questions/concerns and will go out of their way to help you!! We have seen most of the vets in the practice and all of them are fabulous!
