Outstanding service at a difficult time. We had to put down my 13 yo Boxer mix. Kudos to Dr. Snodgrass and her amazing staff! You guys are truly amazing! Thank you for the beautiful card and all your kind words!
Love how they care of my fur baby. Due to the Covid-19 they are taking the steps they need to take and love that. As prices this is a big help because they have health plans and you can pay month by month instead of paying that big bill every time on the spot.
This location has been extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I took my dog in for a surgery (for the 2nd time) and was greeted by someone who could not only not answer my question but proceeded to speak over me whenever I wanted to get a statement out.nnThis isn’t the first time I have had someone be disrespectful at this location and really makes you wonder why they are in a field that is supposed to help animals and people.nnThey give off the impression that they are only after your money and once you pay you are on your own. After the first surgery I was given pills for the animal and sent on my way without any education about what I need to be aware of or look out for. So of course here I am back at this terrible facility 1 month later for the same issue and receiving terrible customer service.nnPlease find another place to take your beloved animal.
I adopted my dog from Petsmart decided to go with Banfield. I think the staff is great very friendly.
Everyone there is very nice and friendly and they genuinely care about your pets! Highly recommend
