PetSmart is one of my favorite stores to shop. Very helpful and friendly staff make you feel valued. On rare occasion, stock on a flavor/brand might be low. Fortunately my pet enjoys a variety! :-)
I think the staff they have there are wonderful. Always polite yeah you do have to wait a little bit time to get help but I guess if you had to chase those little animals and they're going to take you a while to get to each customer too but now I think they do a wonderful job there and polite and I go there a lot
We just adopted a dog and went in for all the stuff. The vet side allowed us to weigh our dog which was helpful. A sales associate was very helpful picking out a crate. All employees I saw had masks on correctly which I also appreciate.
Came here twice to get my dogs groomed, what a waste of money. The groomers do not have the patience or skills to groom dogs. They always left my dogs halfway done and still had the audacity to charge us for the service. Took my dogs to another grooming salon where the groomer confidently took my dogs and cut their hair with no problem or issues. I will never take my dogs to any store to get grooming needs absolutely bad service!
I usually love Petsmart. Today we placed an order for dog food. We ordered 72 cans. We got information that they didn’t have enough and gave us 50 cans instead. When my husband arrived to pick them up, he asked if they checked in back for the cans. He was told that they never check their stock in the back. They only offer what’s on the floor. I was incredibly disappointed in their lack of effort. What is the purpose of placing an online order if they have it in stock but they just don’t go get it?nnSigned,nBaffled
