They feel like part of our family. The staff is always so kind and compassionate. Dr Minor always takes the time to talk with me about questions and concerns, never making me feel like a nuisance or rushing me. Everyone is so gentle with our pets and really treat us and them both like we are truly valued. Best vet I've ever seen. Definitely recommend!
John Teeter, DVM, the staff of nurses, and Melissa Minor, DVM, are excellent and take time to answer your questions. I mixed reviews on the substitute vet doctors they had when the other DVM lady retired and they needed a a third doctor, because I felt like was treated like a revolving door. However, I did learn from that experience that if you cannot give your pets the pill that you can come back in an nurse will help show you how, or if it's a one time pill they will walk them to the back and administer the pill.nJohn Teeter, DVM, and the staff of nurses -for- both cats and dogsnThe retired DVM -for- dogsnMelissa Minor, DVM - haven't used hernIt's hard to tell if they do exotic pet care for birds, ferrets, Guinea pigs, rats, and reptiles because if they did I would recommend them, but all I have had was cats, dog, fish (don't need doctor), and a gerbil (life is so short).
