Recently moved to the KC area and established care for our two dogs. A few months later one of our dogs had a seizure and the girls on the phone were incredible in telling me what to do until I got there and making sure we got taken care of the second we got in the building. They immediately took him back and made sure everything was ok with our baby. The doc explained in great detail what happened, what to expect in the future, etc. all the employees here obviously care about your animals and making sure they get the best care possible.
We've been using the vets here for our dogs and cats for years and we love all of the vets. They've been so great through good times, sick times, and end times. The compassion and competency of this entire office is wonderful. This includes everyone from the front desk, to the techs, to the vets themselves. We don't take our animals anywhere else and I'm constantly recommending them when others complain about their vets.
Simply an amazing clinic!! Dr. Allie McGonigle is so knowledgeable. She is very thorough and amazing at explaining what she believes is most important for your animals well-being, but she doesn’t pressure you into having something done that you don’t want done. She is so sweet and just an amazing doctor.
