The staff went above and beyond to make sure my kitten was comfortable and also that she was checked in for her procedure in the early morning. It gave me enormous peace of mind knowing that Carmen was in the care of the team at pets hotel. I give them an A+!
Staff so very friendly, helpful, and welcoming both to me and my pet. It is great to bring my pet with me. She loves it and is always gifted with a treat. Great place!!!
I bought a 5 piece bag of knee bones at this location yesterday and gave them to our dogs. They've been given these before with no problem. Today I have 4 sick dogs that are refusing food and the 1st one started throwing up at 3 am. I called the store to let them know something was wrong with this product and was schooled on other things that could have made all 4 dogs sick.
Great place for almost all things pet wise.
Nice pet store and they also have a pet hotel and there were you can leave your pet when you go on vacation
