They're practicing what all vets are doing, so they don't have to clean every 3 hours and possibly expose our pets to possible toxic fumes if they're very sensitive pets, which I support. They do let you in if you're going to have to put your pet down like all the other vets. With a phone conversation you have a 3 to 4 way talk with family and vet if needed.nThey switched my pets food to a new food, so did a 50/50 mix. They only ate the new food and won't touch the old food anymore.
I've never feel more comforted by a group of people during a time of pet related grief in my life. They sincerely care about the pets and the owners equally here.
Always very helpful on the phone and they took great care of or Lab 2 different times.
They don't currently have a cardiologist. It is quite upsetting to have to pay for a visit, and be told to go somewhere else.nnOther than lack of staff, current staff is helpful. Some communications issues, but admittance was swift.
