Bonnie's Floral is my go to Florist! Recently they did my daughters wedding reception flowers. They were gorgeous! We did them in White and they lined the walkway. Very beautiful and such professional looking sprays. I would recommend them to everyone. They are very fast and super great service!

Terrible! Ordered “Beautiful in Blue” arrangement for friend’s dad’s private funeral ceremony. First problem: Selected one level up and was told more roses but the arrangement did not have more roses. Second problem: The petals on the fully bloomed Lily was bruised. Third problem: There were pink filler flowers. Aside of the main blue hydrangea, all other flowers were supposed to be white and in a cobalt blue vase; thus “Beautiful in Blue”. This upgraded arrangement did not even look like the standard and not to have the increased flowers for the deluxe upgrade, the bruised Lily and with pink fillers was not what I ordered. There is no do-over for a funeral; unacceptable! Also, I tried calling both the local and 800 number immediately after I got the pic sent to me from the service at the funeral home and could not connect - no answering service or recorder for a message. Tried emailing to the email address from the confirmation sent and email address noted in the confirmation and on their website and it rejected. Tried calling both numbers the next day (today) not able to get through both numbers, no answering service and not able to leave a message. Ironically Bonnie herself called me after I left a message with the answering service and took the order and sent the order confirmation - cordial, friendly, chatty; too bad the positives did not extend to the product/arrangement itself. And, Hites Funeral Home recommended this florist. Never again with this florist! What a nightmare! Again, there is no do-over for a funeral - unacceptable!
