The other people that work there were absolutely wonderful to take really good care of my mom and I’m very happy for their assistance and I do recommend everybody go there they’re very great people

Jose Ramirez helped me tremendously during one of the worst times in my life. He was understanding, gracious, helpful, kind and protective. During a time that is so emotional and stressful, having Jose there for me in ways that I didn’t even realize at the time were overwhelming to me is barely describable. I can’t thank him enough for being a guardian angel for me at a time when I needed it the most. I will be forever grateful to him.

Hites funeral and jose made everything so much easy for my family. By the passing away of my grandmother elvira. Jose made all transition smooth from her viewing here in las vegas, NV to her translation her body to zacatecas, mexico. Where she was put to rest in her home town. Thank you jose for all your help my family and i really appreciate it.

I had the worst experience ever with this place, they were fraudulent, deceitful, dishonest !!!!!! They held my mothers Death Certificate from me, they raised the price 3 different times , held the in voice from me, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I pray that they get right with a quickness 🙏 So once again you're being dishonest in your comments, I did not receive the invoice within 24 hours, I did receive a check for $ 150.00 from you, I did not sign any paperwork on the 1st, I sent the signed insurance documents via fax along with a copy of my Driver's license on the 24th of September and your notary agreed to notorize it in absentia. On the 2nd of October I was asked to signed the notary book.... I also asked that after any keepsakess was completed that all of my mothers remains be given to me. I was told I got you Miss Sanchez numerous times and the last time was on the 2nd with a lobby full of people standing there. It was clearly a mistake that I found out tbat there were two Urns ordered despite what I was told.... I believe that due to the fact that your friends with Evelyn that that's the reason you moved the way that you did, but as I stated... had you stated that you were giving me all of my mother's remains I wouldn't have believed you anyway, the entire way that you handled this was as I stated above, I can't blame you for trying to clean it up as you stated with the invoice as well. Tuff words but accurate. By the way has the correct Urn come in????
