Extremely unprofessional, rude, and spoke patronizingly toward the widow, and disrespectful to her own family members in front of mourners. When a vendor was injured afterwards, she refused to call first responders even though he was bleeding from the head.
The Williams and Kloefkorn family has always treated our family professionally. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle my family’s affairs.
