I didn't feel very comfortable having them take my cat back by herself without me but that can't be helped thanks to Covid. I had never been there before so it felt very impersonal. They were however very quick and they only charged for the services I asked for and didn't push anything on me. They also gave great advice for taking care of my cats condition on my own and informed me of signs to look for that would merit an emergency visit.
My Labrador Retrievers are well cared for here, and both my dogs really like Dr. Shamburg. The staff are friendly & helpful. The prices are reasonable as well. I feel confident that my canine companions are treated with the utmost care at Town & Country Vet.
Took my cat here 3 times upon adoption For a reoccurring respiratory infection. The customer service was a bit cut dry for me with some of the staff, nevertheless the veterinarian was very nice and thorough explaining conditions and treatment. Unfortunately I had to seek out a second opinion to avoid coming back a 4th time for the same reoccurring respiratory infection. I will say the prices are very reasonable, I just wish the medication/treatment were more effective the 3rd visit.
Really nice people. We are new to the area and they were receptive to our pups as well as efficient given everything going on. They will likely be our choice vet for our Huskies while we are stationed here.
I love my newly found veterinary. And i think luna is starting to like it there too. Thanks y'all
