From the first call to the last, Heartland Cremation was wonderful. Hannah's phone skills were great, her voice welcoming of my inquiries. The staff handling anatomical donation transport services were caring, sensitive, calm, efficient and gracious. Elizabeth's follow-call to schedule further services was again gracious, caring, timely and sensitive. And Andrew's handling of the final steps of filing for death certificate and creating an on-line obituary notice was again sensitive and caring, yet positive and professional, without being morose. He also had great advice to share. I would highly recommend Heartland Cremation and Burial Society.
Great support and compassion. Their facility in Raytown is beautiful and comforting. Just be aware that the Overland Park location is a sales office only.
