The Cremation Center of Kansas City

Our father died in 2011, and we weren't sure who to use for our cremation services. We were provided a list and decided to go with The Cremation Center of Kansas City. We felt very happy with the decision. Our dad was well taken care of, and we received his remains in a timely manner. When our mom died in September 2020, we decided to return to The Cremation Center of Kansas City. We hoped that with 9 years passing from our first need, things would go as well. We were not disappointed. Our mom was also well taken care of, and we always felt the communication as well as the process was very professional and efficient. In the midst of our great sadness, The Cremation Center provided a great service to us and helped us to feel comfortable with a most definitely uncomfortable need. Thank you!

Our Funeral Director, Lucy, was absolutely priceless. She went above and beyond the call of duty to be there for me after my father's death, helped me with a myriad of tasks after my father died. She was patient, calm, reassuring- even when there were bumps in the road, she smoothed them out and handled everything with grace and dignity, allowing me to do the same. I never knew I could admire a Funeral Director so much, but she really stands out as an outstanding human being, period- and her career benefits greatly from her calm, loving and patient demeanor. Don't know how I could have gotten through this difficult time with anyone else's help, Lucy is a serious asset to anyone in need of help after the death of a loved one. I highly recommend the Cremation Center of Kansas City because of her.
