I called this morning from San Francisco and spoke with Jessica. She confirmed my order will be delivered this afternoon. Jessica was superb, answered all my questions and took a photo of my order, texted it before the driver went to deliver and waited until someone was home. Awesome service, thanks again Jessica.

Horrible experience.. I left in my request to come to the hotel after 3pm which was check in. They dropped my package off at 9a.m. My flowers were dead upon arrival. The strawberries were not fresh. Complained to Erica the manager she called me a liar and told me Josh would call me. No call from Josh.. I wasted 100 bucks on trash.

I loved that I could call up an have a birthday present delivered. It was fresh and enjoyed by our daughter in law. Due the our present health situation it just seems this was a way to deliver something different and special.

Honestly it’s my fault for not reading the terrible reviews from this place before I made an order.nI submitted an order on Saturday to have my $50 order hand delivered on Sunday.nThe website as well as google showed they were open on Sunday and allowed me to place an order for then so I stayed home literally all day on Sunday waiting for my order with no update. I finally tried to call to see what was going on and their voicemail said they were closed Sundays...nSo I call this morning to cancel as i’m not going to be here today to retrieve my order and the woman on the phone tells me she’ll write a note down for her manager that may or may not being coming in today..nUpdate your hours! And make sure the website doesn’t allow orders to be placed when you are closed!!!nnUpdate: I never received a call back so I had to call again the next day, luckily I got the manager that time, he told me that he would be calling corporate and giving me a call right back. A day later I finally got a call saying that they were refunding my money. I will not be using edible arrangements ever again.
